Ingredients..
Fresh lemon juice of two
Crushed ginger garlic onion 1 tsp
Mustard seeds cumin fennel Fenugreek and carom seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
Jaggery and salt as per taste
Pinch of turmeric powder
Pinch of hing
Water
Few lemon slices
Preparations....
Heat a kadhai along with oil, add all seasonings, crushed GG and leaves fry until nice aroma release add two bowl full of water, when starts boiling add salt and jaggery. Once boil nicely remove from flame keep stirring to evaporate and a bit cooling out. Now add lemon slices. And keep covered aside, on serving time add fresh lemon juice and serve with rice.
